At our kura, we use the PB4L framework (Positive Behaviour for Learning) to foster a positive, supportive learning environment where all ākonga can thrive. PB4L helps us teach and encourage expected behaviours, build strong relationships, and support student well-being. Grounded in evidence and adapted for Aotearoa, PB4L aligns with our values and promotes a safe, respectful, and inclusive school culture.
